class description
Kick and punch your way to fitness in this high-energy Tae Kwon Do class that blends the best of traditional, sport, and self-defense. Students learn discipline, focus, confidence, and self-control while training in forms, weapons, fighting, and self-defense.
Both youth and adults will gain knowledge and skills that translate into all areas of life.

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 2 options:
5:00–6:00 PM or
6:00–7:30 PM
REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
Classes begin on October 1, 2024. Classes will be held in-person with COVID-19 safety protocols in place.
